These work great, good knock off of the more expensive ones at a quarter of the price. I saw the other review that gave it a low rating because they couldn't figure it out, that's unfortunate because the gadget works very simply and really doesn't need instructions at all. There are thousands of photos of using these on the web as the concept and gadget has been around for a lot of years. Simply drop the fly/hook eye down at the end of the slot, the magnet will grab it and stand it up usually. Then just grab your line, and slide it down the slot towards the hook and 99% of the time it will feed right through the eye. If it doesn't go through, usually just a quick adjustment of the hook gets it through.
